For patients enquiring about implant treatment via this website, Dr Gardner offers a free preliminary consultation with an experienced team member. This appointment does not include a clinical examination and it takes approximately 30 minutes. Please use the button in the right hand column to request an appointment.
Once you have decided in principle that you want implant treatment, the next step is a clinical consultation. This includes a comprehensive oral examination and production of a fully-costed individual plan for your treatment. Implant case referral policies, procedures and administration
To refer a patient, please use the button in the right hand column. Alternatively, complete the online referral form on our practice website or contact us to obtain a PDF copy.
If you are completely new to implants we can arrange a lunch and learn with one hour’s free verifiable CPD as an introduction.
We also offer a 3 hour verifiable CPD session with a live demonstration of the restorative stages and the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the components involved and practise taking impressions on an implant model.
In partnership with our implant supplier, you will receive a free restorative kit when your first referred patient is ready for impressions. Colin will come to your practice, free of charge, to mentor you through your first case and will be available for help and advice over the phone or by email. He can also attend for future cases if required, on a sessional rate.
You are welcome to attend for any of the appointments involving treatment planning and placement of the implant(s).
We will complete an inter-operator agreement which clearly states who is responsible for the different aspects of treatment avoiding any confusion for the patient or clinicians. Please be assured we will never approach nor accept your patient for non-referred treatment.
